If you have any issues logging into the FSE Client Portal, here are some frequently asked questions that seem to help:

  • QUESTION 1: When I go to the link, everything is blank. What do I do?

    • If you are using your computer, please clear your cookies and it should work. If it still doesn’t work, try a different device like a phone. But… the clearing cookies seems to solve it 😊

  • QUESTION 2: It’s showing that someone is already registered with my email address. What do I need to do?

    • Only one user can have a specific email address. Our team will need to assist with this one. Please email accounting@fsetalent.com to assist.

  • QUESTION 3: It is showing that I cannot register as the system cannot find my email address?

    • Email addresses are case-sensitive. Most of the time, using all lowercase solves this issue. If it still doesn’t work, please contact accounting@fsetalent.com to assist as your email address may have been entered differently in our system than just all lowercase.

  • QUESTION 4: What is the log-in link?

  • QUESTION 5: What is the registration link if I haven’t yet registered?
